The 11-unit Bradley Mansion at 409 Commonwealth Avenue is no stranger to big, big deals. Why, just this past November, a $4,740,000 deal closed for Unit H/J, a 4,306-square-foot spread with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. That was one of the 15 biggest home sales in Boston in 2012.
Listed at the beginning of the final (got that?) week in January by Amy Goldberg of William Raveis, the 3-BR, 3.5-BA Unit L unfolds over 3,012 square feet on two levels and includes two garaged parking spaces as well as a part-time concierge. There’s modern everything in the kitchen; in-unit W/D; and a private roof deck for seeing into the future, when this puppy likely does sell for somewhere near its $4,200,000 tag.
