Before joining Compass, Amy was the leading listing and selling agent in her previous firm’s

Prior to real estate, Amy had a successful career in the philanthropic arena as Director of
Development for several local nonprofits. As a longtime resident of the Back Bay and South End
neighborhoods, she is still very involved in the community. Amy currently serves on the
Diligence Committee for SheGives, a private foundation which connects local nonprofits to
